Wedding Mobile Bar & Bartenders Singapore
A styled bar for the night you will keep replaying, from ballrooms to garden lawns.

02The setup
One crew, styled for the ballroom or the lawn
A wedding bar has two jobs. It has to look like it belongs in your photos, and it has to keep a full guest list served without a queue building at the worst moment. We plan for both before the day, not on the day.
For a hotel ballroom, we work to the venue rules and the floor plan you already have. The bar is dressed to your palette, tucked where it does not block the walkway or the stage, and stocked so the reception drinks and the toast never run dry. For a garden or lawn reception, we bring a setup that stands on its own, plans around power and shade, and keeps drinks cold in Singapore heat so nothing arrives warm.
Either way it is the same crew who have run festivals, galas and private events, so a room full of guests is familiar ground. You get a bar that photographs well and pours fast, which is the pairing most couples find hardest to book together.
03Your drinks
Two signature cocktails, named after the two of you
A small, personal wedding drinks menu beats a long generic one. Our wedding bartenders build it with you before the day.

Most couples pick two signature cocktails, often one a little sweeter and one a little stronger, and let them carry the whole night alongside the house classics. We talk through what you both actually like to drink, match it to your colours, and give each one a name that means something to the two of you. Guests remember ordering the drink named after the bride far longer than they remember a printed menu.
If you want the theatre turned up, a flair moment during the reception gives your photographer and your guests something to film. If you would rather keep it calm and elegant, the same crew simply pours cleanly and quietly. It is your night, so the volume is your call.
We can also split the menu by moment: something light and refreshing for the cocktail hour while photos are being taken, then a richer pour once dinner and speeches begin. The cocktail catering side of the bar covers the full drinks plan if you want us to handle everything end to end.

A starting point, not a final price
Every wedding is quoted to its guest count, venue and menu. This is a shape to plan around.
