A proper bar, dressed for the company calendar

Most corporate enquiries land in one of three buckets, and we build the bar around whichever one you are planning. A year-end Dinner & Dance wants a bar that keeps a full ballroom moving without a queue at the back. A staff appreciation night wants something warmer and slower, where the drink in someone's hand is part of saying thank you. A brand activation wants the bar to look the part on camera and to pour something guests will actually remember tasting.

We bring the whole setup to your venue: the bar counter, glassware, ice, the mixologists and, when the guest list is large, extra service crew so nobody waits. You tell us the headcount, the run sheet and the room, and we shape the menu and the manpower to fit. If your event has a hard start for speeches or a stage segment, we plan the pour around it rather than cutting across it.

Venue logistics are part of the job, not an afterthought. Hotels and function spaces each have their own load-in doors, power points and vendor timings, so we check the footprint we need, where the bar sits in the room and how long we have to set up before your guests arrive. If your building has a coordinator or a house AV team, we work to their schedule so the bar is ready and out of the way well before doors, and cleared just as quietly at the end.

03Drinks for a mixed room

One bar that works for the whole team

A company event is never one kind of drinker. Some of your team want a proper cocktail after a long quarter, some are driving home, and some do not drink alcohol at all. We plan every corporate menu so nobody stands at the bar with nothing to order. The mocktail side is built with the same care as the cocktails, so a non-drinking colleague gets a real drink with garnish and glassware, not a soft drink poured from a bottle.

We are comfortable running a fully dry corporate bar when your workplace prefers that, or a split bar with both sides. If the brief is alcohol-free, we describe it plainly as an alcohol-free bar. For an office party where the crowd is mixed, a split bar tends to be the easiest call, and we will talk you through what suits your group.

For a brand activation the drink itself can carry the message. We can build a signature serve around your product, your colours or your campaign name, so the thing in a guest's hand and the thing on the poster feel like the same idea. It gives your team something to photograph and post, and it gives guests a reason to come back to the bar rather than take one drink and drift off.
