Roadshow & Product Launch Beverage Bar Singapore
A branded live cocktail or mocktail station that stops the crowd, keeps the queue moving, and puts your product in the moment people photograph.
The Bar Awards Luminaries 2019, presented by House of Angostura.
02The live station
A roadshow lives or dies on whether people stop walking.
A live cocktail station gives them a reason. We build the bar around your brand, not ours, wrapping the counter in your colours, printing your menu, and pouring a drink that carries the launch. On a mall atrium or an exhibition floor, the bar becomes the part of the booth that pulls a crowd and holds it long enough for your team to actually talk.
We run both alcohol and non-alcoholic stations. For a daytime mall activation or a family crowd, a non-alcoholic mocktail service keeps everyone included and sidesteps the licensing question entirely. For an evening launch or a trade event, we can pour full cocktails. You tell us the crowd and the venue, we tell you which setup fits.
03Crowd throughput
The hard part is not the first drink. It is the two hundredth.
When a crowd forms at 2pm on a Saturday, a slow bar becomes a bottleneck and people drift off. Throughput is planned, not hoped for.
We plan for volume before the day: a short, batch-friendly menu, prepped garnishes, and enough hands behind the counter to keep the line moving. A signature drink that pours in under a minute serves far more people across a day than a six-ingredient build that looks good and stalls the queue. That trade-off is the whole game at a roadshow, and we design the menu around it with you.
For multi-day roadshows and mall tours, we keep the setup consistent from stop to stop, so the fifth activation looks and runs like the first. We bring our own ice, water and waste handling, and we pack down clean so the venue and the mall management stay happy to have you back next season. If your run of show has peak windows, tell us, and we staff up around them rather than spreading thin across a quiet day.
04The signature launch drink
A launch is a good excuse to name a drink.
We work with you to build a signature serve tied to the product: a colour that matches your packaging, a flavour that echoes the campaign, or a garnish stamped with your logo. Branded cups, printed menu cards and a custom drink give guests something to photograph and post, which is often the quiet point of the whole exercise.
Everything is quoted to the shape of your day: booth size, expected footfall, run of show, and whether you want flair bartending as a scheduled crowd-puller. If the launch needs a bigger moment, our flair bartenders can run timed sets that draw a crowd on cue.
A note on licensing. Most roadshow and mall activations serve complimentary drinks rather than selling them, so there is usually nothing to license. If your event actually sells alcohol, a Class 5 Temporary Licence, around S$22 per day and applied for via GoBusiness, may be needed. This is general planning guidance, not a claim about who holds any licence. We are happy to talk it through for your specific setup.
05Where it starts
A starting point, not a final price
Activation bars are quoted to your footfall, run days and menu. This is the starting shape. Final numbers go in once Shahmil confirms them.
06Good questions
Before you book the activation
Can you run the bar without alcohol for a daytime mall activation?
How many people can one station serve across a roadshow day?
Can the drink and bar be branded to our product?
Let us pour
Tell us the venue and the footfall. We will build the bar around your launch.
